The location of the hotel is perfect for both catching a train into Brussels and for those with an international flight. It is right opposite the Diegem train station, offering a direct link to Brussels central station. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Despite being located near the train station, I didn't hear any noise at night. The hotel offers great facilities such as a shuttle service and a bar with a wide selection of Belgian beers. The furniture in the room is good and the bed is comfortable.

There was a minor issue with the lack of luggage rest in the room.

Great location for accessing the Brussels airport and city center with regular train services, friendly staff, decent restaurant, comfortable rooms with nice views, convenient amenities such as free underground parking and complimentary WiFi.

Fairly clean and reasonably priced place and the breakfast was outstanding. My standard king room was luxurious & perfect. There were coffee & tea making facilities and glassware, liked it. The check-in was fast and the staff was superfriendly. I had great stay, nothing too much trouble.

The place was fairly clean with a caring staff. Lots of supplies in the room: an electronic key card, flat-screen television and ironing facilities. Service was very good too...

We had a really comfortable time staying at this hotel. Everything was excellent, good service, best possible location near train stop, airport and 5 minutes shuttle bus from airport. We enjoyed sitting in the restaurant at the lobby.
